Day 20 was a bit of a washout really, only a few lines of bricks on the external walls were lad before the rain came, some cleaning up was done which has made the place traversable again and moving bricks from the front to the back but in all a quiet day today. On the upside we have had a delivery of floor joists ready for the laying of the 1st floor wood and metalwork.
This weekend we have to clear the bathroom and study ready for breaking in to the downstairs. The study will have its window removed, part boarded and part bricked up and should be done in a day. The bath and existing bidet will be disconnected and the toilet temporarily rerouted to allow them to make some progress on the brickwork for the internal load bearing walls.
